Absolutely loved this hotel! Loved that it had a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym! Coffee is served all day, vending machines offered on each floor, same with ice, a cantine area as well as a nice dining area for breakfast. I will definitely make this place my go to whenever going to Bonnyville.

We were happy with front desk staff, the room was good, clean with exception of all corners of room including bathroom. The biggest disappointment was the boiler in pool area in need of repair including the hot tub & was closed till Jan 5, 2026. This was only reason we booked this hotel. We would not have stayed here if we knew about it sooner. Things happen & no way of notifying clients of this according to staff BUT the owners need to compensate clients for a service that is included in price if it is not available to use. Also, vending machine on 3rd floor not working.
