Not sure how that happened and the staff could not explain it either. The did respond quickly and got us back in our room when the issue was identified. "

"Yes the room was in good condition. Our last night there, the hot water tap broke. We were very disappointed with the TV service. There were very few channels available. The staff was friendly. We were checking out on February 16 & it was about 8:30 in the morning. The office was closed so I was unable to get a printed receipt. "
