"I had a truly wonderful stay at Hôtel Lounge Madiana Plage. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. "Property was nice but the food in both restaurants was not good. Given the cost of staying there - which is almost double comparable properties - having bad food was extremely disappointing. We ended up going to nearby resorts to eat. Until they improve that aspect of the resort, we will not go back and I would not recommend it to others "

Après une arrivée un peu froide où on ne retrouvait pas les réservations et surtout j’avais bien signalé 5 personnes dont 2 enfants, et l’accueil a dit qu’il n’avait absolument pas cette info. D’où discussion sur comment vont dormir les enfants: un matelas a été rajouté au prix de 20..000fcfa. Pourquoi lors de la réservation sur hôtel.com cette info n’est pas fournie. Sinon, le personnel du restaurant, du bar ont été très aimable et au départ...
