It’s a great property & beautifully “styled”, just a lot of basic stuff was not fitting the bill - BBQ totally corroded on the inside, no salt to be found, no working garlic press, fry pans were all crap, no hairdryer, 80s bathrooms with superficial facelifts, balcony paint peeling , rusted furniture, bins overflowing on arrival - little things that add up to a lot when you are paying 3.5 stars "

"The Waterfront House is full of beachy, vintage personality. It is delightfully presented and packed with everything you need. I spent a lot of time reading the beautiful books on the comfy lounges - watching and listening to the gently lapping water. We loved our stay and we will be back. "

"We enjoyed a lovely extended weekend at Bellevue in early April. The spacious and comfortable home is perfectly located on Hyams Beach with breathtaking views and direct access to the beach. The home has top of the line amenities and is so well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great time at Boathouse 2. Just a short stroll to the white sandy beach where we could swim. The amenities were good, we did bring an extra fan as it was very hot upstairs in the mezzanine bedroom (no ceiling fans) Two pedestal fans were supplied. The Wi-Fi was very intermittent and the TV signal non-existent but we had films on USBs so no problem. Overall a wonderful time."
