"All around excellent."

"The room was clean, but dated. Pool and hot tub were nice, my kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast wasn’t very good, we had eggs which were tasteless and biscuits and gravy also not very good. The stay was quiet and we slept pretty good. "

"Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Swimming pool area was a little scary. The bar to hold onto to get into the pool actually came off in the hand of my guest when they were going in the pool. When we told the clerk she said she was aware and would remind maintenance. No sign, no warning. The staff were extremely friendly except we had a problem checking out. I was told my card declined and I had to pay for the rooms. I had already paid through Expedia. But my card got charged again. When I showed my receipt from Expedia another staffer tried explaining that he shouldn't had done that because it was prepaid. I'm waiting for a refund so hopefully will get it soon. Just an unfortunate set of circumstances but I'm hoping no one else ran into this problem and got double charged. The hotel was nice with just a few hiccups."

"Everything was great except for operating the heating and air conditioning system. No instructions but host tried to explain it to me."

"The hotel was nice with a large refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. Nice space for guests to sit on couch. Only downfall was that we didn’t get maid service on our 2 night stay. We didnt have a tag up saying no room service annd when we came back later in the day, no one had cleaned the room. We did ask for when we got back but it but it was later in the day and they were already gone."
