  • Whether you’re looking for a little getaway or traveling for work for an extended period of time, this is the perfect spot for you! Located in downtown Boone, IA, just minutes away from Seven Oaks Recreation Ski Resort,  Ledges State Park, and Boone Speedway. The space was completely renovated in 2023 and has everything you will need for a perfect stay. The unit is located in central Boone and within walking distance to several local restaurants.


    The unit is about a 10 minute drive to Ames, IA, home of the Iowa State Cyclones. In Ames you will find many activities, restaurants, and if traveling on a weekend, you may even be able to make it to a game!

This is a nice clean property. Easy to walk to downtown. Parking was easy and near the property. The only drawback was the alley entrance. We did not have any issues but it did feel a little uncomfortable coming and going late at night.

Excelente place, very clean and organized inside, it could improve the external area and the identification (street name and number) thr maps was very clear and easy to find but I wad not expecting the gate to have that wood look and the small number in the electrical box. Other than that I would recomend this place to everyone. One more time, the cleanliness was perfect

The size of the property worked well for 2 people who spent most of their time outdoors during our stay. It was clean and modern looking. Bed was comfortable. A few minor improvements would be to have an extra bathroom washcloths and hand towels available. In the kitchen perhaps Pam spray and salt shaker. Pepper was available. Also, we did park in the space available near entrance however was overgrown. Overall enjoyed the property and location.

So cute, had about all you could need. The restaurant across the street had great food. The patio was super cute and it was nice to sit outside. Very clean and updated. Would definitely recommend!!

Short Stay in Boone!

This is a great place to stay! We were doing the Rail Explorers venture in Boone and this was perfect because it was only 3 minutes away. Host is very timely with responses and the place was so clean and nice. I would definitely recommend.

Great place! Was a bit hesitant at first going in through alley way. But was pleasantly surprised. It was wonderful! Small private patio area and house was very nice clean and quiet. very nice

Nice and quaint, heating issue

Very clean unit and exactly as represented in the listing. We would stay here again. Our only issue was it was cold in the unit when we arrived and it felt like the heat couldn't catch up.

Was a perfect place for me! I am single older woman. Was so comfortable and felt safe being there alone. Logan and Eric were wonderful. I tried to book again for Sept 18-23, but was already booked. Was bummed😞

Secure downtown stay!

Very nicely updated modern apartment. It was quiet & felt safe especially with the double door code security. A blow dryer added would be nice! A bedside lamp would be a great addition for reading! My only concern was the old building smell inside. It was perfect for my stay & enjoyed walking down story street! Thank you!!

Delight

As a single mom it’s important to me that we’re all safe - the court yard was adorable and fun and an extra layer of safety if you will. The space itself is Quiet, clean and well laid out. Also within walking distance of downtown shops. Ages 10 -12 - 13 all enjoyed it and asked to stay again. Communication was quick and easy with the host when I lost my check in directions. We definitely appreciated this gem and will see if it’s available the next time we’re in Boone!

Fantastic place

This place is such a surprise. The alley looked so sketchy, but then we opened the patio gates and found a nice spacious outdoor gathering space with lots of seating. The apartment is lovely. It has an open floor plan and amenities such as garbage disposal, dish washer, etc. Both the gate to the patio and the apartment lock so we felt safe there. It was surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. We will try to stay again when we visit Boone. Logan was very responsive to my messages and took care of us.

The location is in downtown Boone within walking distance to the restaurants, bakery, and ice cream shop! It was a quick drive to the Rail explorers ! I highly recommend this location! It had everything we needed . This is set up like a studio apartment and the sofa easily converted to a bed.
