"Spotless, cozy, full of amenities. Plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying family/friends. We loved the table top fire pit and beautiful backyard. Sitting on the front porch swing was wonderful too. Kitchen was fully stocked. Location is close to TRI airport too. Would come back here in a heartbeat. Best VRBO experience I’ve had. Communication was clear and host was easy to reach. Very professional. Highly recommended. "

"I HIGHLY recommend Deer Lick cabin. I would rate this one of the nicest places we have stayed. The cabin was VERY clean, great view, there are more amenities than one would use, good location and it's decorated sooo cute. The host was great. When I had questions, he responded right away. We plan on visiting TN again, will definitely choose this cabin to stay at."

"Building is old and has the odor of an old musty building. In just a few minutes I found it difficult to breathe and my sinuses became infected. A dead spider hung over the door with a sac of what would become baby spiders in the web. Dead flies and other bugs were all around the edge of the room. At the head of the bed it was filthy with a candy wrapper on the floor. The microwave had gravy or soup all over the glass round table. The office was closed but the man came out and spoke to me thru the glass. I told him and motioned that I couldn't breathe and had AFIB. I said I'll pay you 1 full days pay and cancel the rest of the week. He said you booked for a week? I said yes. He said to go thru Expedia. I booked thru HotelsBooking. They transferred me 3 times, asked what would make me happy, I said I ll pay one day full price and cancel rest of week. He said he would contact me. He Never Contacted Me it's been since April l. It is what it is. There were several positive reviews now I don't believe them."

"Hot breakfast was not hot, no oatmeal of any sort, coffee was quite weak. No conditioner in bathroom, no vent fan in bath, partial used bar soap in floor of shower. Window curtain was torn"
