The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
Sometimes I had hot water, and sometimes I didn’t. Water pressure is poor. Sometimes my room was cleaned properly, and sometimes it wasn’t. Sometimes they replaced my towels, and sometimes they didn’t. Very inconsistent all around and overpriced.

The property was clean and safe in the parking lot aswell. The key had to be reset like 4 times but that is always expected just inconvenient
