"Room smelled strongly of old cooked food (Indian?). Windows were already left open to air the room out when we arrived. Luckily, we arrived early enough to run the fan for a couple of hours prior to going to bed. Room should not have been rented that day. Am continental buffet was good. Coffee was pretty good."

"I will never go back there. I have rented many times thru VRBO for longer vacations and never had a problem. I decided to go thru VRBO to rent a 2 night stay in Maine and paid top dollar. There was so many add on charges for a room at $149. dollars, that this budget motel ended up costing a little over $630. dollars for the 2 night stay."

"The home was clean and had everything you needed. I liked that it was a bit out of town for peace and quiet. It was nice to have the bedrooms separated and one level of living as we were overcoming an injury but lots of stairs to get in. It could get a bit noisy due to sloping floors and doors blowing shut. The site itself was very relaxing with a deck and water view and plus being off the road. The building would be extremely easy to break into if they had crime there. It was pretty warm...
