The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also very affordable. Free coffee and optional free family breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. It's also a very beautiful property.

It was an amazing property tucked away amongst stunning lush vegetation yet right on the main road! Everyone was super nice and friendly, and the food was very good. I will be back 😁

TRANQUIL The creek running through the property offered amazing sounds while sitting in the common areas. All the staff were personable, helpful and the attached resturant had delicious food. My room was always kept neat and tidy. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come and stay again.

We stayed in the outdoor cabins which offered us an amazing camping-like experience! Super clean and cozy! Nothing to complain. Tipp: do not check-in with „non flexible“ luggage (the cabins are very small, only our backpacks fittet under the bed)

The hostel is good for a quick stop in the city! Comfortable bed. I don't recommend the room I stayed in, as it's small, the floor is uneven and it's like a "barrel". I thought it would be bigger and more comfortable, but it wasn't. Perhaps "conventional" rooms are better. I only stayed one night, woke up in the middle of the night for a walk, and when I returned I saw that I had killed a spider when closing the door; it would have been inside the room and would have been a danger. The staff accepts luggage before check-in or after check-out and leaves it in a small locked storage room. There are no power outlets in the common area; for those arriving before check-in or wanting to charge devices while having breakfast or eating something, power outlets would be helpful. The idea of ​​a shared breakfast, a family lunch (I didn't try either), and free water and coffee is excellent. The reception staff is very helpful and pleasant; thank you for all the information and support. Júlio was incredible and very helpful with information. The location is good, close to the city center and easy to get around.

Absolutely top notch service from the staff. The grounds & room were very clean, well maintained. We had a double private room. Loved the activities planned in the bar & the complimentary breakfast. We felt very welcomed here & were sad to leave!

Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team."

We were very disappointed. The pictures on the website misled the hotel. We had to move to another hotel. We couldn't stay there. We want a refund or our money back.
