"I stayed there for 13 nights during a move to Panama. A real nice family run business. It was a great experience. The property is very well kept and super clean. The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. Can’t say enough and I would certainly recommend AIRES FRESCO to my friends and family. "
"This is a beautiful, new two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking a large city park. The views of the surrounding mountains were beautiful. There is a good pizza restaurant next door, and other good dining options nearby. Very central and great for walking around Boquete. A quiet building and most enjoyable except for some very loud musical events on the weekends, but likely the entire town would have the same degree of noise. The kitchen was mostly well-equipped, but could use a...

"The property was beautiful and all of the reception staff was amazing. They were the best part!! I really wanted to love this place because it was so beautiful, but too much went wrong. Beware of booking an economy room as that was the excuse for anything wrong.
Our first room, 105, had issues. The bathroom was not cleaned as there was a bunch of hair in the sink as well as very moldy caulk and wrappers/debris in the shower. Housekeeping came to clean it up but afterwards the cleaner continually gave us nasty looks every time she saw us. She even walked into our room at 8:30 in the morning without knocking and we had the do not disturb on. On the balcony, the kitchen vent was there and it was loud with an overwhelming food orders. We were moved the next day.
Second room was much better on the balcony, but the shower spit water all over the bathroom. The safe would not open and after a day out WITH DO NOT disturb on, there was an opened bag of M&Ms on the shelf. We decided we didn't want to move again so we made good with what we had.
The restaurant messed up my dinner one night (avocado salad with chicken.. But no chicken but I just settled, however the salad was salted heavily.. No way to eat that) and the kitchen was closed so I was stuck dipping into my husband's plate and then we had to Uber to the market so I would not be hungry all night. No apology at all. The waiter said.. chicken is extra. Ok, so what I ordered it and it was an add on option."
"Tiene buena ubicación cerca del Supermercado Rey, habia escuchado del ruido de la calle y no hice caso pero si afecta mucho estar en habitación que da hacia la calle principal porque pasan mucho camiones. El personal muy amable, sino hay nadie en la recepción cuando lleguen deben ir al frente al restaurante, el telefono del letrero nadie lo contesta. Solo me quede dos noches de las tres que habia reservado pero aun asi me cobraron las tres."
"The people are nice, their breakfast is nice, their Wi-Fi is very slow, but it works. However, the barking dogs are insane. There are so many all around and they never stop in the afternoon and evening. They also gear up in the early morning at times."
"The positive things: amazing views, acomodating staff with special requests, fully equiped
The negative ones: digital check in good idea, poorly executed, took us 20 minutes to get in to the room, cheap furniture, bugs in the room at night, walls need painting, very small room."
