Perfect mountain family home, 15 kilometers from Cortina d'Ampezzo.This apartment is located in Borca di Cadore, in a quiet and panoramic area. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. In the mezzanine we have a beautiful reading/study corner with a view of the mountains, a sleeping area (an extra bed for a seventh guest) and the laundry area. The study area is ideal for those who work in "smart working" and still want to enjoy the beauty of the Dolomites. The apartment is well distributed, with large spaces, very bright and welcoming. Furnished with taste and attention to detail.The house is equipped with 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, ensuring maximum comfort for all guests. The bedrooms are carefully furnished and offer a relaxing atmosphere, with a bunk bed, 2 double beds and 1 single bed.The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, allowing guests to conveniently prepare meals at home.The apartment also has a convenient private outdoor car park, with 2 parking spaces available for guests. Central heating ensures year-round comfort.Finally, the accommodation boasts a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation in the open air and admiring the surrounding panorama.
