"We tried to book in early but they were unable to accommodate, which we understand. But our friend checked in 20 minutes later and he was accommodated. We went back at 3, as they asked, and the rooms still weren't ready. They gave us a voucher for a free drink for the 4 of us but when we got the bill, we were told it was only for non alcoholic drinks. The rooms were just average and the echoing down the hallway kept most of us awake. Just an OK hotel. Breakfast was good"
The Urban Hotel MOLOKO - just a room - digital key by SMS
8/10 Good
"Nice hotel with interesting concept. Very good location short walk the train station and city center. There is a Jumbo supermarket and restaurants next door. As clearly marketed it is a room and digital key with no human contact. Room is clean and for longer stay cleaned every 4 days.
I recommend the hotel but you need to have a mobile with internet access otherwise you will not be able to access the hotel and room."
"I stayed in a "business plus" room. It was a nice size, but the TV is small, only 1 pillow is provided (and it's tiny), the duvet is 2/3 the size of the bed and there is no iron in the room.
The breakfast is OK at best.
It is very clean, the rooms are quiet, the staff are wonderful and the location is great.
But I do not think that I will stay here again."
"The room was fine. We enjoyed the bike rentals. There are not many restaurant options nearby unless you bike or bus into town. The hotel restaurant was a bit formal for our taste, although we did enjoy the (expensive!) breakfast buffet. The food options on campus were a bit limited, as well. Thank goodness there was a small grocery nearby. The electric kettle in the room had moldy water in it. "
