Very nice, clean, spacious rooms. Close to the tram, which you need because the dining, shopping and nightlife options are four stops away…city center. The tram gets you there in about six minutes. A tram ticket for the week is $17. Daily tickets are a bad bargain. Precious little around the hotel itself, except Citè du vin

Designerhotel on the riverside and next to the Cite du vin. Tram station in front of the hotel. I guess the hotel was 4* some years ago, as the design is really nice. But you can see, that no „love“ / renovation is done to the hotel. Our kids were in room 310 and the room was smelling like the drain in the street, mold on the joints and towels with brown stains. So bottom like, oke for a stay but we saw different alternatives in Bordeaux nearby we would use next time

Great location in Bordeaux close to the tram stop (Les Hangars) and close to the quay Hotel is lovely, breakfast was great, andt he parking on site is great. 9/10 overall.

La Wi-Fi deve essere potenziata. Noi eravamo all’ultimo piano e si percepiva un cattivo odore nella zona corridoio. Letti molto comodi e stanza luminosa. L’acqua sempre disponibile in zona entrata hotel. Colazione ottima ma troppo costosa !

Although a pretty good hotel it felt rather soulless. Room was pretty good and staff (Ludo) friendly and helpful. A bit expensive for what it offered if you add in breakfast.

Très non hotel : l'emplacement, la qualité des chambres, de la literie, le service était très bo'. Seul petot point a noter, c'est que la chambre côté rue est un peu bruyante

Trés beau hôtel, rien à redire, tout est au top. Si on devait rajouter une petite chose...une enceinte Bluetooth (au moins dans les chambres supérieurs).

Bruyant !!

La chambre est tres jolie, la salle de bain aussi. Par contre l’hôtel est tres mal insonorisé, on entend le voisin du dessus et surtout les voitures dehors. Nous avons ete dérangé oar un groupe de jeune s bourrés qui jouai8avec une poubelle dehors 4h du matin. Impossible de dormir! Mauvaise surprise le lendemain matin, plus d’eau chaude pour la douche. Tout l’hotel etait touché. Aucune excuse de la part de la receptionniste. Bref trés déçus, le prix eqt élevé pour un endroit où bon ne peut pas dormir au calme....

Nice hotel

Nice modern hotel located by the river and next to a metro stop so it is easy to get into the centre of town in five minutes on the tram, or a pleasant 20 minute walk along the promenade. We will stay here again.

Très bel hôtel aux prestations haut de gamme

Accueil au top, hôtel très récent aux prestations haut de gamme. Petit déjeuner pléthorique. Chambre spacieuse et très bien insonorisée. Parking sur place (les places sont rares à Bdx). Métro à 50 mètres. Je recommande vivement !

hoel bien seulement deux choses avec un bemol , ca peut servir pour faire augmenter le niveau de satisfaction. 1 / c'est la 1ere fois qu'un hotel me demande de verser 100 E en avance au cas où il y aurait des dégradations. 2 ; trop de bruit dans la rue, poubelles, police, camions, tram, ça nuit au confort
