Basic clean and quiet accommodation with secure parking. Rooms could use an update but they serve a purpose. Not far from the city centre which is walkable or reachable by tram or bus. Train station isn't far either. Two men on reception were very helpful as was the maid.

Comfortable stay!

The pre-arrival communication was very good. I arrived late but they sent me a very detailed step-by-step process to check-in without staff. It was very helpful and easy. The room and building is a bit dated but it was clean and I really appreciated all the amenities of the room, like a full kitchen, which was so handy. The location is alright, bit of a walk into the city but there are some restaurants and stores very close by.

Communication with host was horrendous, took days to get a response and I never got a response for check out either - i just followed some poorly written instructions and placed the key in a mailbox. Never met any receptionists for the whole stay - they weren’t there when the office was open. Quite far from city, 20 min walk or so to train station or city. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night

Solid accommodations but lacked communications concerning parking. I never received information concerning how to access the parking when I got there. It was a problem. When the front desk actually opened on Monday morning, we were able to get up and find out how to access the parking. But the night we got there we didn’t know how to do it. It was uncomfortable. The rest of the day was good. The television services were questionable at best.

Séjour agréable avec une communication avec l’accueil très fluide et très efficace. Petit bémol : la douche est assez petite si vous êtes corpulent et le ballon d’eau chaude juste au dessus des toilettes c’est parfois pas évident .

Très bon accueil, studio spacieux dans un établissement calme avec un réel respect de la clientèle et de leur vie privée. Très accessible même à pied depuis la gare et la place de la victoire entre autres. Un peu de décoration aux murs de l'habitation agayerait les espaces à vivre,...mais je recommande vivement.

¡Es una residencia de estudiantes! Edificio feo y antiguo en un barrio histórico pero degradado, que no está lejos del centro, pero no muy bien comunicado. Instalaciones renovadas hace poco (sin embargo, sufrimos una pequeña inundación en el lavabo). Con aparcamiento por 8 €/día tasa de 18 €. Servicio de recepción funciona solo hasta las siete pm en días laborables.

A recommander

J’ai passé 5 nuits dans un studio calme, propre, et bien équipé. Il y a une kitchenette avec tout ce dont on a besoin. L’endroit se trouve à pied à peu près 15 minutes du tram (Bergonié) ou des Capucins et 20 minutes de la Victoire. Personnel acceuillant – on peut laisser les bagages pendant quelques heures après le départ pour encore profiter de la ville avant l’avion. Je réserverai à nouveau sans hésitation.

Séjour de trois nuits dans un établissement bien situé par rapport au centre de Bordeaux (30 mn à pied de Victoire). Bien accueillis à notre arrivée avec toutes les explications utiles, en particulier pour le parking, indispensable et pratique. Appartement confortable et bien équipé ; seul bémol, la douche un peu petite.

猛暑の滞在には注意が必要です。

こちらのホテルは学生用のレジデンスの一部をホテルにしたもので、夜中に周辺で騒ぐ若者がいたのが残念でした。ベッドや設備は申し分無く快適で、長旅の途中で洗濯機を使用できたのがとても助かりました。レセプションの方の勘違いで、部屋代を再度払うよう言われたのですが、ホテルズドットコムのお客様センターの方に取り次いでもらい確認が取れたのでホッとしました。猛暑で仕方なかったとは思うのですが、エアコンがなく扇風機で凌ぐには少々無理がありました。

Ni fú ni fá

Es un poco enredoso de acceder a la habitación si llegas fuera de horario de la recepción (que es bastante limitado, por cierto). Realmente es una residencia de estudiantes (tienen servicio de lavandería incluso). Lo destacable para mí fue la limpieza (todo el edificio lo estaba, y olía a limpio), pero, por contra, las habitaciones me parecieron demasiado pequeñas o, mejor dicho, poco confortables. Eché de menos una mesa donde comer lo que allí se podía cocinar, ya que solo hay una mesa larga de estudio de lado a lado de la habitación y a Sus pies ya las camas completamente pegadas, con el espacio Justo para pasar. Para una noche o dos no está mal, pero el alojamiento pide mínimo tres noches y, francamente, tres noches ya se hace incómodo. Te ponen a disposición café soluble, infusiones, azúcar, hervidor de agua y cafetera gotas (pero no filtros de café). En resumen, si no tienes nada mejor escoge este sitio, como hice yo, pero si no..huye.
