Sure Hotel Bordeaux-Lac is located in a modern, well-maintained, conveniently located, quiet building, within very easy walking distance of the tram line. Staff are welcoming and professional, and the breakfast is of a good standard. The price we paid represented very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Very warm welcome, staff did everything to help us as we have some mobility problems and they did all they could to help. Breakfast was very varied, excellent quality and refreshed quickly.

The hotel staff were extremely nice, prepared to help all the time. There were no fridge in the room, though it was possible to store something in a fridge in the reception area. The hotel is in a strategic area if you want to discover the region. For Bordeaux downtown a bit too faraway.

Disliked: Amenities
First of all, all region was a bit rundown and overpriced. So if you plan to stay in Bordeaux, even for one night, I recommend to review you choice. But it is well connected to the center via tram and till midnight and all hotels have their parking. Coming to the hotel, the house keeping was pretty irregular and dissatisfying. I have finished very little provided liquid soap and tissues, no body came and checked. I picked new ones up from the reception and no one from the house keeping bothered to put them into their containers. Same was true for the body wash (single miracle cleaning solution for everything!!!) On the amenities side, things were also pretty basic: espresso machine with pods you need to search at the reception, there is no kettle so you need to search for the hot water at the reception. And for the drinking water promised, you also need to search cold, probably filtered, tap water there. So all and all, it was not a very convenient stay in term of hotel services. Especially if you go for business, I don’t recommend staying there.

Que ça la faisait suer pour rester poli Dans ma confirmation hôtel.com c est bien indiqué que la facture est a récupérer à l hôtel car j avais opté pour un règlement sur place Et j ai du rappeler pour l obtenir, ce qui est a mes yeux vraiment gonflant Je voyage depuis 25 ans dans tous les hôtels et c est assez rare ce type de comportement qui va faire que je n irai plus dans cet hôtel
