This small establishment has the full French atmosphere that we were looking for. Our host, Michelle, was most helpful, giving great information about Bordeaux, how to get about & where to dine for a reasonable price.

The B&B is located in a quiet street about 15 minutes walk from the center in an old building with high ceilings. Our twin bed room had a door to the lush, wildly romantic garden, but it is not maintained or usable. The room was very dark due to the tall trees in the garden. The room and furnishings are dated, but quite clean and well maintained, but has relatively few amenities. There was a wall mount for a TV, but no TV. Wifi is available, but sometimes of poor quality. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is very small, about 1.5 square meters plus a small shower. Parking is difficult, there is plenty of parking on the street but the parking fee is very high. Parking is only free between 7pm and 9am. We parked in a parking garage about a 10 minutes walk away, which cost 22 EUR for 24 hours. The small breakfast is brought to the room by the host and was fine. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips on restaurants, bike trips, the streetcar and also for the trip to Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat. All in all, our stay was ok for 3 nights, but we would have liked a little more comfort and a more lovingly decorated room.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sequoia Garden, a beautiful house with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and our host was extremely kind and helpful, he took the time to recommend places of interest and provided a map of Bordeaux on our first morning. The house is very near a tram stop so everywhere is accessible. The garden was an oasis of calm after a busy day in the city. Old world charm, thank you.

It was great, loved being served breakfast in the room. We were in our honeymoon, no mentioned from the hotel about it, even though we told them. WIFI a problem, did not function well inside the room.

The room was rather spacious and clean . The beds were not comfortable at all and neither the pillows Location was not too bad I would say about 10 minutes from the city center . The host was very plaisent with giving directions of the city and map . The view of the garden was rather pleasent , no noise Unfortunately they were broken handles on the doors . The shower doors was very small I could hardly get in . The toilet was very low tiny base to move In the bathroom. The light in the middle room was made of paper mash unheard the shower head kept falling every time I use I couldn’t even move around the shower freely . not enough shampoo or soap bars unless you asked. There was no one around for assistant unless you would leave a note or call the host . There was no one to clean your room daily so you are really stuck until you leave the promises. No television available in the room so I felt cold without having one. I do not recommend this Villa at all . A big advertisement for Villa Sequoia but big disappointment really .

Notre sĂ©jour dans cet Ă©tablissement a mal commencĂ© .En effet , de l'extĂ©rieur, le bĂątiment paraĂźt froid de par ses fenĂȘtres parĂ©es de vitres teintĂ©es . L'accueil est identique avec une demande directe d'un rĂšglement par chĂšque ( cartes bancaires refusĂ©es 😡en paiement des taxes de sejour et parking ) alors qu'habituellement le paiement se fait avant dĂ©part . D'autre part, Ă©tant " normalement " un B&B, nous nous attendions Ă  partager le petit-dĂ©jeuner dans une salle avec d'autres visiteurs. Au lieu de cela , nous avons dĂ» remplir une fiche administrative Ă  notre arrivĂ©e nous demandants nos choix alimentaires du petit-dĂ©jeuner qui a Ă©tĂ© servi sur un plateau des annĂ©es 1960(comme la chambre du reste) dans notre chambre vieillotte . Les 2 choses positives : 1) calme trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© , 2) croissant et baguette fraĂźche trĂšs bons . Cordialement

We were welcomed in a friendly manner, and our hosts gave us a lot of information about Bordeaux. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom is tiny. The location is quite good, close to the tram station but further out from the town centre than we expected. It is very dark and quiet when you are walking home late at night. Breakfast was good, but a bit restrictive as it is only served between 8am and 9.30am, and guests are not encouraged to linger. A living room where all the guests could sit and chat would be nice.

Not as pictured and disappointed to stay there. Walls were very paper thin, footfalls and all conversations were carried into my room. I was not offered a tour and learned about a room in the garden still not sure what that was about. Staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. Need to take a bus to get around. No amenities, bring shampoo, they provide little. Two low budget for me.

Omistajapari piti erittÀin hyvÀÀ huolta meistÀ ja he auttoivat ja infosivat ihan kaikessa. ErittÀin upea paikka ja siisti. Aamiainen oli upeassa kellaritilassa ja tarjoilut ja tunnelma ainutlaatuista. Fantastic Place and the owners were very helpfull and kind adnd helped us with Bordeaux maps and moving and where to go. We are surely going another time . All the athmosphere in their house was amazing and very relaxing. Breakfast was in a beautifull cellar and very nice.

We zijn heel hartelijk onthaald door de eigenaars. We kregen veel goede tips qua bezienswaardigheden en qua restaurants. De villa is charmant en stil. De ligging is goed: op 5 minuten van een tramhalte die doorheen het centrum van de stad gaat. Ook te voet kan je gemakkelijk naar het centrum van de stad.
