"A beautiful home! We stayed for a long weekend in early August and high temps were well into the 100s. The home was comfortably cool, very clean, well stocked and had incredible views! Highly recommend!"

"Loved our stay! The Gate House was perfect for our family and so peaceful. It was at least 10 degrees cooler at the ranch than downtown Moab which was such a nice break from the heat. It’s still close enough to Moab that the drive wasn’t bad when we wanted to shop or grab a meal. We loved the horse and goats out back and seeing all the rabbits each evening. The sunsets were picturesque and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you prefer a slower, relaxing, and restful stay!"

"The property exceeded our expectations where the views of the valley, mountains and wildlife (elk, mule deer, rabbits and other wildlife) were amazing. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. Sunsets were especially spectacular from 7500 ft elevation, looking down at the beautiful Spanish Valley from the La Sal mountains. If you’re looking for a VRBO that has a tranquil, peaceful setting, only 20 minutes from Moab, this is the place for you. We absolutely loved it. Our host was wonderful, responsive and accommodating. We appreciate our host and highly recommend this property! While there are not many reviews of this property online, there is a journal in the house with entries from guests over the years with glowing reviews!"
