Great apartment to stay within walking distance of the main streets and bars. Food in Iceland is a bit expensive, so we stayed here and made our own breakfast. The apartment offered plenty of space and it had all the utensils and dishes we needed. Clean, accessible and great communication with the host.

I love how the pull out couch was already set up before we got there i wish I got more than one pillow but It was fantastic!

They're doing the best they can with an old building. No thermastat in the room. Shower doesn't drain well and shower floor is on level surface with the rest of the bathroom so water keeps leaking into the bathroom after every shower. Shower mat was drenched after every shower so we had to remember to hang it before we went out. The sink is oddly positioned 4-5 feet away from the mirror. When putting in your contact lenses, shaving, or applying makeup, you can't even see what you are doing. There's no counter space and only one place to hang a towel. We had to use the top of the toilet seat to set down toiletries. The outlets are far away from the bed so you have to set your phone on the floor when charging and have to get out of bed just to check your phone or turn off your alarm. The lights in the room are very dim. After a long day, we were returning to a cold, dark, inconvenient room. On the positive side, it's clean, nice staff, good breakfast, it's in a great location, and it's easy enough to find street parking.
