Super friendly staff, location was convenient and close to downtown. Rooms were clean and washroom was a good size. We stayed in the family suite which was located on the first floor (main floor was 2nd). The wifi was not working on the first floor but did work on main and 3rd floor. Rooms do not have a telephone if you need room service, so you'll need to go to front desk to get help.

Free breakfast. Cool vibe. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Right on the main shopping street and at a bus stop for both tour buses and the FlyBus. Very convenient.

Great location right in the middle of the city center. Modern hotel with excellent room and bathroom design (I want that shower design in my home)! I appreciate the option at check-in to avoid unnecessary room cleaning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and plenty of counter and desk space in the room and bathroom. Mini bar fridge that really kept drinks cold.

Great location for restaurants, shopping and seeing Reykjavik. Be prepared to walk with suitcases for check-in as street is located on a pedestrian-only street. The property is beautiful and rooms are excellent. Front desk staff are very friendly.
