The property has very specific instructions to get into the building including using WiFi to gain access to a link the opens a pop up on your phone to release the door. This was new to me, and I was nervous standing on the street making all of the steps happen. The building is covered in graffiti which was a bit shocking to us as we arrived. Other travelers had not mentioned the building's exterior, but it is available on Google Maps street view.
