Escape to an authentic stone farmhouse nestled in the quiet woods of Mugello, near Borgo San Lorenzo and Florence. Surrounded by nature, this 45 m² private apartment is the ideal sanctuary for couples, families, or travelers looking to unwind in total peacefulness.



The Space



Spacious master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a double sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. Includes a private bathroom and mini-fridge with freezer for drinks and snacks (no full indoor kitchen). Enjoy high-speed WiFi suitable for remote work, fan, beach towels, high chair, toys, and books. Childcare can be arranged on request.



Outdoors & Amenities



Relax in your garden with a seasonal private plunge pool (2.50 x 1.75 m, open late May to September) and woodland views. Enjoy a shared BBQ, terrace, playground, and shared washing machine. Savor complimentary homemade jams, honey, and seasonal organic produce from our garden. Upon request, we prepare traditional home-cooked Tuscan meals.



Location & Unique Access



Immerse yourself in forest trails, ideal for hiking and nature lovers. We are close to the historic village of Scarperia and the Mugello Circuit, where engine sound echoes may be heard during major racing events.



To preserve our tranquil surroundings, access is via an unpaved woodland road. Guests park safely at the nearby Casa d'Erci Museum parking lot, where a free 4x4 pickup service is provided upon arrival and departure. Please coordinate arrival times in advance.



House Rules



Pets welcome. We kindly ask guests to respect nature and quiet hours, refrain from smoking indoors, conserve water and electricity, and refrain from holding events or parties. Easy connection to Florence by train or car.
