It was totally functional for our needs. The sofa bunk bed was a bit strange so we didn’t use the top bunk out of unfamiliarity.

Wonderful hotel! We stayed at the Fortyfive Hotel for three nights and enjoyed every moment. The location is excellent and very quiet, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are fantastic, going above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Breakfast is a rich and delicious buffet. A special thank you to the owner, Vincenzo, who helped us a great deal, was kind and welcoming, and gave us truly exceptional service. Highly recommended! La posizione è ottima e molto tranquilla, l'hotel è eccezionalmente pulito e lo staff è meraviglioso: fa sempre di tutto per offrire un servizio eccellente. La colazione è un buffet ricco e gustoso. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, Vincenzo, che ci ha aiutato moltissimo, è stato gentile e accogliente e ci ha offerto un servizio davvero straordinario. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

The facilities are functional and the location is very accessible to tram and bus terminal through the center of the city, the are quite a number of community mall to as well as bars and sit out,most of the buffet breakfast is to very helpful for guests with lean budget, mirafiori is a very attractive and convenient for visitors on business and tourists

I am very pleased with the cleaner; she is a very good and helpful woman. The reception staff were accommodating and did their best to assist; I had a reservation for a double bed but was given a room with two singles, so they pushed them together for my convenience.
