"The room when I first arrived was dirty but when I went to the front desk the staff were amazing and made my stay feel so much better. She switched my room and allowed me to look at it prior the switch. I just wish the hotel had a microwave. The pool was lovely and clean. The staff was amazing. Just hope that they had toothbrushes to purchase and a razor. Please think about have a microwave in the main lobby if management doesn’t want them in the room."

"We had a good experience here. The rooms and the building was clean. Breakfast is great. Location is great too. Parking is an extra $40/day. I wish that was included. Other than that we don't have any complaints."

"We love this place. This is our second stay. The pool and beach are impeccably maintained. All of the restaurants are great.we preferred the Arkadia Grill as it was the most laid back restaurant. ."

"I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the noise. Walls are incredibly thin, and you can hear absolutely everything from neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, that included other guests being intimate, which was not only uncomfortable but honestly pretty disturbing and made it impossible to relax. For a place that’s supposed to provide rest and privacy, this was completely unacceptable. I barely got any sleep and felt uneasy the entire time. Soundproofing clearly isn’t a priority here, and it really shows."
