The grounds and hotel were very well tended. The theming was great, and we loved wandering around the grounds. The bus to the parc was not as scheduled as I’d have liked, but did arrive around 30’ intervals. I’d stay again

Family and I had a great time at Gardaland Magic hotel. Facilities and staff were great. Only downside was the cost of the evening meals, very expensive.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the swimming pool was not open all day and as we were there for one night that was very disappointing . Especially as no mention of this was made at reception the morning as we checked in. The children's playgrounds (3) were also very basic and not much for a 4 year to do when the pool was closed!

Excellent hotel! I loved everything about it. I just wish there were taxis or ride shares available to get around. You had to walk everywhere and it was as extremely hot during our stay.
