"The views were amazing! Watch the sunrise over Mt. Vesuvius out back and sunset over the island of Capri. The apartment was very nice, well-appointed and clean. "This is an excellent hotel in a quaint town. The main property overlooks the water and has an amazing rooftop restaurant and pool. We stayed at their Angelina residence, which is set back a few blocks. It’s quiet with a full kitchen and spacious rooms. The shower was amazing and much needed after long days of touring. Appreciated the friendly and patient staff. Highly recommend Maiori as an alternative to the busier towns on the Amalfi coast."

"The property is a bit dated. For Americans, there is no coffee/tea maker in the room. Breakfast is good, getting an Americano (espresso with water) makes the coffee cold. Showers are tiny and the door in my room didn’t close properly so the bathroom got wet. Finally, nobody really talks about the steps and vertical drops for Positano. From the hotel to the road near the main shopping area is just under 400 steps (yes 400). This is more about Positano and the location of the hotel vs the hotel itself."
