Very clean, all the staff were lovely and very helpful, as were all the people in Sarajevo. Will definitely be back and we would definitely stay in this hotel again. Hotel very central ad the name suggests and can walk anywhere in the city. Brilliant stay and would definitely recommend "

"The Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Cuprija is something really unusual. Remember that Mostar is a crush, more crushed than canned sardines, pretty awful really. But in the middle of this world of squeeze, there is this jewel of a hotel. The hotel is perched in the best roost downtown, right by the bridge. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and proactive. Our room was splendid and pragmatically designed albeit that the monster TV was difficult to figure out, but it could be that we are seniors. Fast wifi, yes. Top tier bathroom, yes. The dinner was in a cosy dining room and the food was enjoyable; we really struggle with heavy, meaty Balkan food so “enjoyable” is an accolade. The hotel? Absolute top spot!"

"Great hotel, excellent breakfast but starting at 8am is a bit late - also the corridors have an overpowering fragrance (some sort of perfumed air freshener) Windows can be opened fully (a bit of a security risk). No sockets at desk only at random places on the wall and by the bed. Nice thick toilet paper Friendly and helpful staff"
