"They charge you for the carpark which is ridiculous. Very old hotel, not worth the money at all."

"Perfect location. Literally 5 steps from the old town and everything you need. Breakfast was OK. Same everyday and not much variety. Room was very dark but quiet. The only noise was from.other guests closing doors or chatting in the corridor. Bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible. Lumpy. I asked for a firmer pillow but that was worse. I was not offered my free bottle of wine or offered an upgrade as part of the Hotels.com reward scheme which was disappointing."

"This is a very cute villa in a great location in Mostar, right by the river and the bridge. We had plenty of space with a little couch area in our room with the bed and bathroom as well. The owner was super friendly and we felt very welcomed. We could not thank her enough!"
