Beautiful Boston Brownstone!

Welcome to South End Vista LLC! Stunning top to bottom renovation of this beautiful brownstone located in the heart of Boston on the Back Bay South End line. We currently have over 250 5 star reviews between our properties on the various platforms.

This unit offers wide open living, dining and kitchen space with gorgeous refinished original pine floors, dramatic ceilings with refinished original moldings, exposed brick throughout, brand new top of the line stainless refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove, built in microwave and white custom kitchen cabinets with white quartz countertop and backsplash. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed and gorgeous marble bathroom is stocked with hotel quality bath towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer.

There are 2 bedrooms - one master with king size bed and one smaller bedroom with exposed brick and high quality daybed that pulls out to a king. Both have gorgeous new bedding.

We have installed high definition flat screens in each bedroom including a 60" smart TV in the living area and each room has high efficiency remote controlled mini splits for heat and air conditioning. There is also a new high end full size washer dryer in the unit and plenty of closet space in each bedroom.

We were only there two nights but had a lovely stay. The owners are amazing and a wealth of information. It is the city so it can be a little noisy at times but none of that affected us too much. Great local shopping and food. Place is spotless and beautifully cared for. Thanks so much for the great stay guys!

Wonderful brownstone

Easy walk to NEU. Great apartment. Surprisingly quiet, comfortable beds, spacious living room, quiet A/C. Beware of two sets of steep stairs -- you'll be going up a lot!

Great weekend!

We stayed while moving our son into his apartment at Northeastern. Easy check in and out, apartment was clean, cozy and well-appointed, and Sue was great to work with. On-site parking is a plus!

Easter weekend getaway

Both our kids go to college in Boston. We wanted a place where we could be together and cook together for Easter weekend. This place could not have been more perfect. Location is ideal. Hosts are amazing. The place is beautiful.

Great Place for a Family Visit to Boston

The location of the place was great and the hosts were super responsive. It's very close to a couple grocery stores, the T and many places to eat. It was very well equipped along with some nice touches including a list of things to do and coffee and condiments to add to a nice meal. I would highly recommend. :)

Boston Brownstone

We loved this place - clean, well stocked - coffee, creamer, lots of towels, toiletries, extra blankets, washer(with a efficient high speed cycle) and dryer. Excellent communication with David and Susan. David met us upstairs to ensure easy, first time access. We chatted forever! Tons of tips/restaurants recs provided by hosts -so helpful. Walking distance to Boston Common. It could sometimes be a little loud at night due to street noise but bedrooms were in the back so we slept peacefully in comfy beds. We'd definitely stay here again, if nothing else to see David and Susan!

Enjoyable Stay

This home is beautiful and bright! It's full of amenities including a fully-stocked kitchen, luxurious linens, high-end fixtures and appliances, and conveniently adjustable lighting and heat/air units. Two features that were exceptionally appealing to us for a city Brownstone were the in-home washer & dryer and the rentable parking space behind the building. This home is ideally located in a residential area with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and a shopping center within walking distance, as well as a subway stop (orange line) just steps from the front door. The home was safe and comfortable for our 2-year old, while lavish for adult enjoyment. The hosts, Sue and David, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They kindly left breakfast items, snacks, and beverages for us. We highly recommend this home for your visit to Boston!

This property was lovely and the perfect place to stay while visiting Boston. The location is within walking distance to so many great places. The communication with the owners was excellent and they were always available to answer any questions. We would stay here again!

Officially our new home away from home

Boston Getaway

Four of us went to Boston for a fun little week getaway. We had an amazing time and Sue was the most helpful guest from before we booked with our questions through the last day of our stay! A perfect stay in Boston

I cannot say enough good things about this property and about Sue and David. I had a two week stay in Boston for work, and it proved the perfect temporary home. It was so clean and so well equipped with anything you could need (sound machines, extra sheets, baking supplies, etc.). It is mere steps away from the orange line, which proved the most convenient of all— not to mention the walking distance Whole Foods! The second I need to return to Boston, I am booking this property again. 10/10.

Magical Christmas Holiday

This property was the perfect backdrop for our Boston Christmas getaway. Sue’s beautiful brownstone was comfortable, in a perfect location, and so beautifully appointed. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was outfitted with everything we would possibly need, and the couch/TV area was perfect for gathering to watch Christmas movies. Sue was so helpful and added some little touches to make our stay very festive. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Just lovely!
