The Owners were incredibly accommodating to our family and flexible with their pricing. All the Staff were very polite, friendly and appeared to enjoy working there. We will absolutely stay there again for our next soccer tournament.

We stayed here and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was very attentive. They provide breakfast and they have parking onsite. Whenever we come back to Boston we will stay here again.

I wish the sink was located inside the bathroom instead of in the room itself that’s problematic for my partner who was asleep when I was using the sink 😂!

Dear Kesner, we would like to thank you for taking the time and giving us a good rating, and we wish you brought this to our attention at the time of check in or when you went to the room, because we do have rooms with the sink inside the bathroom, many times lot of our guest prefer the sink outside so that if one person is in the bathroom the other can do brush, shave or do make up because the mirror in the bathroom while someone is taking a bath it fogs up. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

We were there for a very short time, maybe 9 hours, as we were catching the Logan Express at 3:15AM. The place was fine for our needs, close to 110 Grill and the Logan Express.

The women at the front desk was great. She was very informative & she was kind. She seemed like she was always working during our stay & running the desk. The property felt safe. The hotel offered free breakfast which was good. One of the workers was constantly restocking the food when it ran out, she was great as well. The room was very clean & just as pictured. I would stay there again.

Excellent hotel!
Everything about my stay was exceptional. Check-in was great. The room was very clean and the property was very well-maintained. The staff was excellent and the hotel manager even helped me fix my key fob on my car and went out of his way to make sure I understood how to get the car unlocked, started and replace the battery. I highly recommend this hotel.

After arriving at another nearby hotel with a reservation at 1am and being told there was no other rooms, i was able to quickly book another room here and finally get to sleep. The owners that work the desk and the other staff were quite friendly, and the facility was very clean.

Spend a few extra bucks and stay at the Hilton
*Disclaimer-the staff was wonderful and this does not apply to them* Upon arrival at the hotel around 2:30 PM I was informed that check-in would not be until at least 3 PM due to ongoing construction in the lobby. The construction company was removing a wall and ran into some issues with the ducting so the dining room is completely taped off with plastic, I was told the construction was contained to the lobby however, upon entering, I found there was construction going on throughout the hallways. The room I stayed in was not nice. There was a cabinet door missing off of the bathroom cabinet and it was laying inside the cabinet, there was a bubble in the ceiling from an apparent water leak, the TVs did not function until maintenance came upstairs to program both of them then, when I woke up the next morning, they would have to be reprogrammed again, if I wanted to watch TV . This is not ideal for a hotel room the air conditioner unit had some thing growing in the vents and the Ottoman had a cigarette burn hole in it. The kitchen was not adequately set up with dish ware and silverware for someone to stay there long term. I tried to find some thing redeeming about this hotel, but there simply was nothing. I wanted to soak my feet in the bathtub after a long day of travel, however, there was no stopper for the bathtub.

Dear Betty, this is the Best Western in Braintree, MA, and this is not our hotel renovation or pictures, so we strongly urge you to remove this complaint ASAP. Absolutely ridiculous!
