Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Absolutely unacceptable stay: toilet failure, unhelpful host, and zero refundI’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Shortly after arriving, the toilet completely stopped working, and I was told it actually needed to be replaced. This meant I had no functioning bathroom, which is obviously a basic necessity.To make matters worse, I wasn’t able to take my dog away from the property while the issue was being “handled,” and the host offered no real flexibility or support despite the fact that I was stuck in an unlivable situation.When I asked to leave and requested a refund something that felt completely reasonable given there was no working toilet the host refused to work with me and did not refund anything. I ended up paying full price for a stay that became unusable and extremely stressful.
