Curtis’ place is great, just as described. Very clean, obviously newly renovated. We used it as our hub to go on day trips to Boston, Providence, Newport, Quincy and it was a great place to come back to. Beds are insanely comfortable - best we’ve ever experienced on any trip anywhere. Curtis was very communicative, accommodating, and thoughtful. Was a wonderful place to stay.

Needed a place to stay as we joined family and friends.

The apartment was clean and there were always parking spaces on the street right outside the door. Worked great as a homeport for a couple of days.

The place was very confertable, felt safe indoors, just a little distance from downtown Boston due to traffic and traffic was not much help. Host was readily available for our needs. Enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean, comfortable and the owner was very attentive. The apartment was pretty new and everything worked well. It was nice having the kitchen, washer, dryer, and dishwasher for a longer stay.

My husband and our adult son stayed for a weekend trip to Boston. The property was just as advertised, very clean, newly redone, and the owner Curtis was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient.

Here to visit my daughter

Curtis was great. He was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat. Brought my senior parents to visit my daughter. Very clean accommodations, great parking . The only suggestion is to have a handrail to assist down the stairs. I would recommend this property to someone looking to stay outside of Boston.

It was awesome. Clean and quit appartement which was close to Bus Station and Subway. Our host was very kind and reacted very fast on messages and has given us great tips for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommended

Boston Salem visit

We had a great trip. It’s a little far to Salem. 70$ Uber But this place and host made it okay. They were quick to respond and the place is a cute downstairs apartment. Very clean and pretty. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay. The host was very responsive and attentive. He checked in by text often to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We would stay there again. The amenities were great. We always found parking close to the house. The apartment is in the basement, but you don't feel like you're in a basement.
