Considering it’s a property that appears to be used by many travelers, as it is close to the airport, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are well sized. The restaurant located within the hotel was quite good with “bar” type foods and drinks. A big plus was the shuttle service to and from the airport.

We liked the friendly staff and enjoyed dinner at the pub restaurant when we arrived. The food was very good. The freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were a big hit. The breakfast buffet was also very good. We were pleased with our decision to stay here for two nights before our cruise.

The room and lobby were clean. The warm cookie was nice. Breakfast was what we expected, but staff was so helpful in giving us directions and suggestions. The best part was that it was just across the street from the bus and rail pick up, which we used daily.

This was our first time traveling to Massachusetts. Staying at this hotel made our travels such a breeze that if we return to Massachusetts, we would definitely be booking this hotel. We loved that there was hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Also, the hotel was walking distance to the train station which not only took us to Salem, but also into Boston. The staff was super friendly and was able to take our luggage before we checked in & also after checking out on our last day so we could explore the sites luggage free. All of that and more made our trip perfect. Thank you!
