SympleLive is a ground floor loft with its own entrance. Suite 1 has a King bed, a large living area and kitchenette with appliances and essentials for light cooking, a private bathroom with modern fixtures. Enjoy climate control, 2 smart TVs with streaming access, in-suite laundry, and fast.
SympleLive is a boutique brownstone in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood, offering ten thoughtfully designed suites—two per floor across five levels. While the building does not have an elevator, a wide central staircase provides easy access to all floors. Each suite features a kitchenette and in-suite washer/dryer, making longer stays especially comfortable. There are ten suites, two per floor on five floors. While we do not have an elevator, there is a generous stairway in the center of the building To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:
1. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside or near the building at all times.
2. No Parties or Events Parties, loud gatherings, or excessive noise are not allowed.
3. Quiet Hours Strictly no noise, loud conversations, music, or disturbances during quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
4. Registered Guests Only Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight unless approved beforehand.
5. Cleanliness Please keep the room and common areas clean and tidy during your stay.
6. Garbage Disposal Please dispose of garbage properly and make sure no trash is left inside the room or house before check-out.
7. Respect the Property Please treat the furniture, appliances, and property with care. Any damages must be reported immediately.
8. No Illegal Activities Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited on the property.
9. Check-In & Check-Out Please follow the agreed check-in and check-out times unless otherwise arranged.
10. Check-Out Reminder Before checking out, please place all remotes back in their designated wall bins.
11. Parking Parking at the rear of the building is for authorized renters only. Unauthorized vehicles parked in the area may be towed at the owner’s expense. To rent a parking space, please contact the manager for availability.
