This is a fully furnished, ready to move in apartment located in Dorchester Massachusetts near all the major Hospitals. This apartment is newly renovated. You will definitely feel at home once settled. The place is well-maintained and organized, featuring 3 bedrooms are very large and well decorated, a living room with TV and a large eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer, and a working area with free Wi-Fi.

IF YOU HAVE PETS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. This is a no-pet, non smoking unit, since the owner and tenant have allergies to pets and smoke.
We require a non-refundable deposit of (3,000.00) , which is used as the 1st month's rent. PLUS (3,000.00), security deposit, which is refundable minus $200.00, utilized for a cleanng fees at the end of your stay. If the unit is not damaged, you will be refunded $2,800.00.

UTILITIES - Are included. - Owner will pay up to $100.00 per month for lights, gas, and water. However, if an individual utility exceeds the $100.00 amount for any given month, in which it typically does not, tenants will be responsible for the amount over 100.00, per utility.
