Great location but missing a few things...
The location and space was great for just me, and walkability was perfect. However, the microwave had dirty dried food in it and some of the towels were dirty. The listing also indicates a few things that were not available, including a new treadmill in the basement (there was no visible access or directions to the basement). The listing also indicated a washer/dryer, which was not included in the unit, and pantry items were minimal - nothing was provided beyond coffee mate. The space and location are perfect, just be prepared for some of the listed amenities to be missing.

Convenient location
We have enjoyed our stay in the property. The location is super convenient. I walk to Target, HMart, Starbucks, and MIT campus. Very safe area, no issue at all. We always can find a parking spot on street.

Cute little apartment
The location and apartment were perfect as a home base for our adventures around Boston and Cambridge. The bed was extremely comfortabel, the host was easy to contact when needed. Would stay here again.

Street parking was great
Everything went very smoothly during our stay. The owner provided us with a parking permit that allowed us to park on the street. When our friend spent the one night with us, the owner allowed us to park his car in a neighboring property’s driveway. It was very helpful and accommodating.

Clean and Lots of Access
Great communication with property owner. Lots of dining options near property. Great price for a one night stay in Boston (with parking). Consider checking out this location if you want to explore Boston but be burdened with downtown Boston craziness!

Great location, clean, safe
This place is in a perfect location for access to the transit system. There is no parking; you must use the nearby parking garages. The bed was comfy, the sheets nice (i.e. not cheap), the place was quiet. The only criticism is that the place was tiny- the photos on-line make it look much more roomy than it is. Everything was in place, however, and we would stay again without any concerns.

Hiddend gem near Central square
We stayed on a quite street in a cute, well maintained unit, with a very comfortable bed and all of the usual amenities. We emailed manager a couple of times to clarify things and always got a response within minutes. I highly recommend!

Great little Apt in heart of Cambridge.
We loved this apartment conveniently located a few blocks from Mass Ave in Cambridge and Central Subway station. The street was plenty quiet though and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Host were great and went out of the way to make our accommodations perfect. We are looking forward to staying here next time we are in a Boston.

Wonderful stay
So convenient, 2 blocks from Central T station and 15 min walk to MIT campus. Apt was as described, off street parking (with permit provided by the owner) was a big plus. Appliance was fairly new, mattress/futon and linen were all very comfortable. ... Only comment I have is that there is only one AC in the bedroom and it takes a little while for the cool air to travel from the bedroom to the living room.

Clean and neat in Cambridge
Great experience for graduation week stay. Location close to all activities and all the nice restaurants in Cambridge and Somerville. Weather changed the first day there and owner checked in to see if we needed additional comforter, very nice. Access easy with coded locks so no key hand off to deal with after a red eye flight. Minor, minor issues: thicker toilet paper and some heavier towels from Costco would be awesome, otherwise outstanding. Thank you

The place is very nice, very clean, located in a nice, safe and very convenient neighborhood.
We were able to visit all places in Cambridge and Boston as we had planned. The place is close to public transportation, shops, restaurants, universities ... Owner is nice and helpful. We love this place.

Great place in Cambridge with all the amenities. Street parking permit was included which was a Godsend. We had four people in our party and one of the beds was a small futon which was not big enough for both of our boys. It was a cold weekend and the radiators has been turned off so staying warm and comfortable was a challenge for our kids. All in all we had a nice trip, but the place is small and ideal for a couple, not a family of four. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Owner very nice check in was easy getting parking permit was a breeze cute place train station easy walk 2 would stay there again Owner very helpful with anything with directions which I needed after getting on wrong train lol text them and within a min had the correct direction 2 get back 2 place u cannot go wrong renting this place hope 2 stay there again for my next Boston Celtics Game

The apartment was cute, comfortable and well stocked. Good value for the money. Parking was easy (Ken provided a parking permit) and the walk to the T was short. We would stay there again!

A beautiful little studio super close to Harvard and MIT.
Really great place to stay - the owner was really responsive to our initial issues with the keypad and we had a lovely time in this pretty, cozy studio apartment. Really close to the bus and train, on a picturesque street. The tap was dripping but other than that the little kitchen and bathroom were clean and handy. Thanks for having us!

The place is near the train station and food market. Perfect for 2 to 4 persons. The owner responds within minutes when you need info. We recommand the place.
