Nice clean room, great for a quick stay! I only needed to be in Boston for one night and this was a great option. 15 minute walk to the Red Line, and it wasn't a bad walk at all. Got back to the place my first night pretty late, but the area was clean and I wasn't nervous about feeling unsafe or anything of that nature. I didn't use the kitchen or some of the other offered amenities but regardless was a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back for any quick trips!

Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I stayed for three nights at Homestays. As soon as I booked, I got a message saying the accommodation I booked is under renovation and they allotted me another similar accommodation very close to that. I had to submit my ID and I got the accommodation address. The instructions came via Expedia messages.It was very clear. The only confusion was when I got off my Lyft, I couldn't see the entrance as the garage juts out and hides the entrance. It took me a while to get to the right address. But that was my own mistake. Each floor is an apartments with 4 or 5 rooms. Mine was in second floor. The steps were lit. I found every place - hallway, steps, kitchen, bathroom and the rooms spick and span. The bedroom though small was adequate with a desk, bed, nightstand and a Roku TV. Wifi worked well for video. There were 2.5 bathrooms for 5 rooms. The sink, shower, floor all were clean and in good working condition. One issue I noticed there is no ledge or counter space to keep my toothbrush while using the sink.Similarly no place to hang towel and clothes. Kitchen is well stocked with milk, bread, coffee, sugar. Microwave was clean. The stove was turned off as it said some previous occupants abused it. The kitchen sink and counter space were clean and well kept. There was an issue with kitchen sink where the water took a long time to drain. I tried the garbage disposer to see whether that will unclog. However that did not work. Other than this minor gripes, the place is top notch.

Great place to stay

The home is beautiful, the bed is comfortable slept like a dream, the owner is really nice, had cake baked it tasted amazing, love the neighborhood and the locals they were so friendly and helpful. Also the other guests were friendly. I would definitely stay here again

the home was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in! the washer and dryer were an amazing touch, as well as the Keurig. :) I also appreciated the number of bathrooms available to the guests. super cosy room — I have 0 complaints and will definitely be booking here again!
