Large Luxury Condo/Townhouse Center of South Boston W/ Free Parking & WiFi

Large enough to accommodate an extended family, this beautiful 4 bedroom, newly renovated in 2017, townhouse is right in the heart of Southie. This is a 3rd floor unit that has 2 levels. The unit has surround sound stereo, free WiFi and cable.

1st Floor has open concept living area, beautiful bright kitchen, living area with tv and queen sleeper sofa, video monitor for front door and printer/scanner/fax machine. 2 bedrooms, both with balconies overlooking Sweeney playground (park featured in the Movie Good Will Hunting!), and 1.5 bath.

2nd floor has a full bath with large walk in shower, master bedroom with Queen bed and a Large Master closet. **Note: sofa in pic is no longer in master bedroom**. The second bedroom, which is a "loft style" room, has a Queen bed, views of the city and a TV.

Steps away from public transportation and Broadway. Walking distance to Seaport District and Downtown Boston. A car is not needed as there is plenty of public transportation and everything is so close. If you do have a car, we offer free parking for 1 vehicle. Centrally located, Broadway T station (red line) 0.5 miles away, Seaport district 1.0 miles, Carson beach 0.7 miles, Fenway park 3.4 miles, Faneuil hall 2.1 miles, Logan Int Airport 3.8 miles.

Southie Get Away

We had a fantastic stay at Jack’s place. After spending 5 days in Vermont on a walking Inn to Inn tour it was great to get to this Southie townhome for some rest and relaxation. Jack was amazing at communicating with us and offered great advice! We would definitely stay here again! Fantastic place and location!

Clean, beautiful, great location!

The condo was clean, beautiful and in a fabulous location for catching the T or driving to sights downtown. Having an off-street parking spot was a huge convenience and our kids enjoyed the playground next door. The host was thoughtful and hospitable, even stocking the fridge with bottled water. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Boston Baseball-visit trip

Great location, comfortable, well equipped, rapid answers from host, close to restaurants and the city (walkable), highly recommended for a city appartment which comes with many amenities and the hussle & bussle of being in a somewhat noisy city environment with action including Logan airport's planes flying over the appartment.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We traveled to Boston to see our son graduate from BC. We have stayed in the area many times over his 4 years. This location was wonderful with great restaurants and easy access to the city. The free parking was definitely a perk we enjoyed too! The property manager, Jack, was very responsive and made the stay fantastic with all the perks of home. Thanks so much for a great place to lay our heads.

60th birthday celebration

Everything was great. The location was convenient to restaurants and shops. The check in directions were easy to follow. We used and enjoyed the book of wonderful restaurants in the area. We did not have a bad meal the whole time we were there. I recommend others to stay at this home.

The house was beautiful and nicely appointed. Walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. Communication with manager was excellent. Very responsive. Two things to note…it is a 3rd floor with narrow steps. Worked fine for us but if someone in your group is mobile challenged take note. Also, the airport is close and the house is in the morning flight path starting at 5:30. Again, not a big deal for us but light/late sleepers might have an automatic alarm!

Wicked Awesome VRBO!

We can't say enough positive things about this rental! The place was lovely, clean, warm & inviting, and felt like home away from home! The whole place is so cute and comfy, from the complimentary drinks to the peaceful bedrooms. Everyone, from Grandma to the Graduate, loved being able to spend time together. Solid place

The apartment’s location and size were great, but it’s by no means a luxury accommodation. We had a bit of an issue with ants getting into our food and some general cleanliness problems. That being said, when I let the host know that some of our group was unhappy with the state of the apartment upon arrival, he responded quickly and came to clean the unit the next day. Overall, we had an okay-to-good stay and the keypad lock was great since we had a large group

Great weekend away

The place is great. A few thoughts. The three story walkup to the place was a surprise to us. One of our friends had a very difficult time going up and down. It wasn't apparent that that was the case. Also in the bathroom the first floor, the vent on the ceiling is very dirty, so I would get up there and clean it. That eeked me out. The location was perfect for our needs.Other than those two things, it is a lovely place, well equipped,spacious and comfortable comfort.Thabk you so mu
