"Overall, our experience was fantastic! We booked a last minute trip to Boston for the holiday weekend and decided on The Godfrey due to the reviews of it being a very dog friendly hotel and the proximity to many Boston attactions. Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted with so much kindness and care from the doorman/valet. We checked in early and the process was quick and easy. They gave us a goodie bag of dog treats for our boy and were very welcoming to him. Our room was clean and the amenities were really above and beyond. There were free snacks, water and coffee and we were given tickets for 2 free beverages at the hotel bar. A free candy station was set out in the lobby during our stay and we were always greeted with smiles. Not once did we even open the front door for ourselves because the doormen were so attentive. "
