"Came into Boston to go to a Red Sox game since I was going to be picking up a boat near by. When I checked in I explained to the lady at the front desk that this was my first time in town and asked if I could get an upper floor room with a view. She gave me a look and said "I do my best". While walking away with my room assignment I saw that it was on the fourth floor of a 16 floor hotel. With hesitation I went up to the room hoping for a pleasant surprise, but unfortunately that didn't happen. I immediately called down and explained to someone else my request. They put me on hold and came back to tell me the bell hop was on their way with new cards for a room on the 16th floor with a great view of the ship yards. Thank you to the lady on the phone."

"Courtney at the front desk was amazing! She had a cake and card delivered to our room for our son's 11th birthday. The rooms are top notch and the hotel offers a full restaurant, a grab and go and starbucks, so there are many options. Hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable. 5 star hotel"
