"The hotel was in a great location, very close to the Wharf, Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, pubs, etc. The restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel were both excellent. A beautiful hotel and staff were wonderful. Our only issue was the shower took a very long time to get hot water and once it turned cold in the middle of showering and with a head full of shampoo and I had to wait a long time before the water was warm again. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was ok, not horrible but not the best either. Can’t bear the location though. Do not recommend the restaurant directly across from the hotel."
