"I had a wonderful stay during my recent trip to Boston. The hotel is in a perfect location heart of downtown. Within walking distance to historic Boston. Overall, a great experience and a place I’d happily return to."

"I respect the age and beauty of this hotel. The staff was exceptional. The integrity of the decor and preservation of history was phenomenal. The price you pay for the size of room you receive is not worth it. They'd be better off having half as many rooms for the same price per night. We were upgraded which was lovely because the room they had us in originally was the size of a cleaning closet....described when purchased as a Deluxe standard. "

"They charge you $75 for early check in. We were there for 5 nights. The house keeping personnel did the minimal. No vacuuming, sink wasn’t cleaned, mirrors and tub not cleaned. Very disappointed"

"If you need to lay your head in between long layovers this place will do. The shower had hair in it. You cant hear the planes but you can hear people leaving their room getting showers etc so it can be loud"

"bathrooms were cleaned regularly, loved the private toilet, shower, sink set up. loved getting water and ice easily. room small as expected but very comfy bed, slept great. great location, T stops 8 or 11 minute walk. very friendly staff, great coffee at the small cafe loved the hot water and microwave bottom floor to make oatmeal rate no fridge in the room but small bags of ice worked as needed Saturday pm the Spy Bar was loud but not bad up on the 5th floor we would stay again!!!"
