I was visiting the area where I used to live. This location was exactly where I wanted to be. It was safe and convenient, I also stayed here the last time I was in the area.

Costumer service is just beyond terrible! Came to the hotels bar after a long day with my wife and mother in law to have a drink and relax. Bartender asked for ID with is completely fine, but then proceeded to start interrogation us asking address, date of birth. He has the audacity to walk from behind the bar to the table and start questioning my family!! At which point I lost it and ask to speak to management. Manager got us the the drinks and apologized. It doesn’t end there, another family sat next to us, ordered drinks and she was asked for ID which she said she didn’t have and guess what they were served. this is unacceptable Behavior! Me and my family felt very uncomfortable, disrespected and discriminated! Save yourself the headache and don’t stay here.

The hotel was very very nice and clean. It was safe and the staff was very nice. I got charged twice for parking wasn’t too happy about that. I don’t think it should be extra to park my car at a hotel.

Fitted sheet was too small for thick mattress, so bottom sheet kept slipping off overnight. Not enough waitstaff for Sunday breakfast at restaurant. 80 minutes from being seated to leaving.
