Comfortable, functional, and clean suite. While no reception and consierge on site, they have have a good chat option for questions and lockers to store luggage. Great area with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail. The bedroom had a sound machine and sleep mask in case street noise and light becomes an issue.

Very close to basic necessities and close to the station. Place was relatively clean. Would recommend. Just for other peolle looking at this place to stay the only downside is that there isnt any elevator. It was a good workout going up and down the stairs.

Amazing property. Although 4th floor walk up the unit was so large and comfortable with kitchen and a washer/dryer. The location was fantastic, walk right out the door and find lots of good places to eat, walk to Fenway Park, walk to Boston Common and Waterfront and even to TD Garden for Celtics basketball. Not a hotel so may take a little longer to get more towels or help but you get it soon enough. What a great vacation!

Well-equipped lovely apartment in great location

Great location on very upmarket shopping street. We walked to downtown and Fenway within 20 minutes. Copley T station was a block away and easy to use. Have seen some complaints about stairs but we were on the third floor and despite being relatively unfit 50-somethings we managed absolutely fine. Apartment had really good facilities- washer/dryer was very useful. Definitely would stay here again.

Updated, minimalist interior design. Near Copley Station on the green line. Easy, keyless building access. Walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants, and parks. Dangerously close to late night eats. Combined washer/dryer unit can take several hours to dry clothes completely. Don't use anything above a medium spin cycle or it might shimmy down the hall. Noise mentioned in other reviews was not a big issue. The street can get very busy which is great and you will hear the neighbors walking with purpose upstairs. The pluses here outweigh any drawbacks.

There are four floors without an elevator. Makes it difficult when carrying luggage. Other than that it was a great place to stay in Boston

This is not a hotel, and I wonder how included with the list of hotels. The code to enter the building did not work and No employee at the property to help. I spent several hours on the street until another tenant came and open for me. The elevator was not working and I had to carry my luggage to the third floor. I had to leave the property 2 days early and of course I did not get any refunds..

The room has a couple of issues. First the bathroom sink had a leak, second the mattress and the mattress protector had a stain and smelled pretty bad. We extended our stay few days 10 days in advance, and the didn’t leave us in the same room so we have to pack and do check out at one, leave the luggages in a storage and then check in at 4 pm. It was so annoying!

The location is excellent, close to everything you need. The windows are highly effective at blocking out noise from the busy street. As advertised, there is no elevator and no stove, but the air fryer provided is very convenient. The space is clean and quiet, with a good shower and a comfortable bed. The hallway luggage lockers were a lifesaver. What could be improved: - A full-length mirror or one in the hallway would be beneficial. - Providing communal-size body lotion, similar to the shower products, would be appreciated. - A bottle of olive oil for use with the air fryer would be useful. - The decor is more bleak compared to other Sonder locations, such as in Montreal. - The bathroom could use better lighting and a close-up mirror for makeup. - A more functional bedside clock with a phone charger would be helpful. - The living room has enough space to accommodate a small workstation with a chair, which would be more practical than the high kitchen counter for remote work.

It is a perfect place to stay in Boston close to shopping and dining, in the heart of Newbury street. However, there is no elevator so check the floor you are staying in advance.

Hotel does not have an elevator

I realized the hotel doesn’t have an elevator once they assigned my room and shared I needed to walk up to the third floor. They were not able to accommodate an accessible room and would not refund my cancelation. Beware. This was not listed in any of the reviews. I am virtually certain this detail was omitted on the property details when I booked. It is now listed under accessibility. They should call this what it is - a walk up apartment. I expect more from a Marriott property!

Mixed Experience: Great Location, Poor Service The location is excellent and the in-room amenities—laundry machine, kitchenette, and dishwasher—added convenience and comfort. Unfortunately, major service issues overshadowed the positives. The elevator was out of order, and when I called twice for updates, I was told—without empathy—that “there is no ETA to fix this.” I was seven months pregnant with a twisted ankle and had to climb three flights of non-air-conditioned stairs. The staff’s indifference made the situation worse. Customer service was frustrating throughout. I was once told they had "run out of toilet paper," which is unacceptable. A CVS is two minutes away; there’s no excuse. Basic items like paper towels and detergent were delivered only after long delays and repeated requests. Their AI chat assistant on their app even confused “paper towels” with “towels” and sent a bath towel instead. Between the lack of responsiveness, poor communication, and minimal concern for guest well-being, this stay was far more stressful than it should have been.

Excelente ubicación, limpieza, decoración moderna con todo lo necesario. La zona puede ser ruidosa. Los departamentos estan arriba de un local de hamburgiesas. Estuvimos en la unidad 21 que tiene ascensor con acceso directo. Muy amplia y luminosa. Es accesible. Me encantó el lugar, lo pasamos excelente y lo recomiendo.

Do NOT stay here

2 wash cloths for 3 adults in a 1bdrm rental. Requested 3x for more to be delivered. Delivered 2nd day after showers. Thin spring mattress on pullout couch low quality and unbearable to sleep on. Adult daughter slept on couch cushion. Requested mattress topper and was told one would be delivered. Then received a message from Sonder they would not deliver one. Entire apt infested with ants. Both my wife and daughter bitten multiple times. How is a property with these issues associated with Marriott? Paying what we did while having these issues is unacceptable. Sonder issued a $50 credit to be used on a future stay which is an insult. And our view was of alley garbage cans with garbage trucks loudly loading garbage at 3am. Bathroom toilet paper holder broken. We will NOT stay at a Sonder property in the future and will be reporting this property to Marriott.
