Welcome to our sunlight-embraced apartment! We offer a comfortable, satisfaction-guaranteed stay right in the Boston Downtown Crossing! Our beautiful historical stone building is in a pedestrian shopping zone across the street from Macy's and many department stores. Roche Bro's grocery, Starbucks, Caffe Nero, George Howell, Gypsy Place, restaurants, Crossing Food Court, and CVS are all within 3 minutes' walking distance! Between the financial district, Chinatown, the Boston Common, and various revolutionary-era landmarks like the Freedom Trail, Old State House, Old South Meeting House, King's Chapel, etc. peppered throughout the city. Downtown Crossing is also the ideal commuting location, as it’s close to South Station and numerous other subway stations. It’ll be easy to get to any location in the Boston area from here without the need for a car or Uber! The tour map picture in my photo gallery will show you how convenient my place is to the most popular highlights in the Boston area.

The building's intercom system allows for a full, self-check-in experience. Two brand-new elevators guarantee easy access to the unit. We offer a big discount for a longer stay and a complimentary house cleaning if the reservation lasts more than ten days.

Please, no pets. I have a severe allergy to fur, hay, and dust, which can result in severe reactions upon exposure.

Parking is hard to find and expensive for a major city such as Boston. Please check out a website called ‘Spot Hero’ or download the ‘BestParking’ App to find the most updated options and prices! It's usually cheaper if you make reservations online.

Please be aware that, like most major cities in the world, there is potential city noise.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance in case unforeseen circumstances arise.

The Property has security cameras placed in the public hallways by BM and homeowners. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Amy was very quick to respond to my questions. Property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is amazing being close to so much. We were impressed that the bedrooms were quiet and that we didn’t hear the street noise at night. Highly recommend this property.

Amy’s apartment is in the perfect location to walk anywhere in Boston. It is clean, well organized, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Amy let us drop our luggage off early and communicated with us throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will stay there again the next time in Boston.

Amazing host and property

The host was absolutely amazing and truly wonderful! We felt welcomed and comfortable. The location is great; and close to so many things including a cool grocery store. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Highly recommend; and we hope to visit again

Location is perfect! We walked everywhere from this location or took the T. We had a week long vacation in Maine and ended our trip in Boston- we all slept the best at this VRBO. Condo was clean, beds were great, kitchen had everything you wouldNeed. The living room was cozy. We never felt unsafe at this location. The host Amy was extremely responsive and we so appreciated that. I would recommend and stay here again!

Family trip to Boston

Our family of 5 (all adults) visited Boston for 3 nights and the rental was perfect for us. Clean, plenty of room and in a great area one block from Boston Common & start of the freedom trail. Walking distance to north side and the harbor. Super easy checking in & out. Public parking a block away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location, location, location

Not only was the apartment spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked for a group of friends to get together. The location just can't be beat! Walking distance to many of the best sights in Boston, the subway to get everywhere else, and the train station for getting into and out of town! And it's on a popular pedestrianized street, so literally in the thick of it. Great spot and great host who was available at a moments notice for any questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect location & amazing owner!!!

This apartment is right where you want to be in Boston. It is within walking distance of food, shopping and most attractions. The apartment is spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. We had a lovely stay and Amy the owner even brought us a Japanese cheesecake which was delicious. She was always available for any questions and was absolutely wonderful! When we come back to Boston, this is where we will stay!

Location Location

I cannot say enough about the location of this property. We were within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see and a few steps away from the subway for things further out. The beds in the apartment are fantastic, and Amy is a kind and thoughtful hostess. We will be back!

Great Apartment at Central Location

We really liked staying there. Everything was perfect, great host, good apartment in the midst of the city. Only downside is that the neighbourhood while being fine during day, has a lot of homeless at night, however not bothering you.

Very roomy and very clean. Apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The location is incredibly convenient and just around the corner from a great grocery store. Communication with Amy was excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

We got in really late but the accommodations were great. The host was very helpful and the location was prefect for everything we wanted to see and do. The responses were always quick and it helped with the flow of our trip.

Great apartment — close to everything

Host was communicative, and kept me well informed about the property. Host also provided great directions for getting to the apartment. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs. There is a grocery store, drugstores, multiple restaurants and train stops within a two block radius. We relied on public transportation for this trip, and never missed having a car. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Condo in Boston

Truly was the perfect location in downtown Boston, easy to access everything, large grocery store only steps away. The condo has everything you need and more, the most comfortable sheets and darkening curtains, even the little things made this condo the best travel experience for us. Thank you Amy!

Boston grad trip

The property was great! Location, location, location. We could walk to everything! The apartment was roomy and well stocked. We were on a family trip with 3 adult children. There were lots of towels and full size kitchen. Communication with Amy was easy and she was super helpful!
