Really easy communication/check in. Shared bathroom is no bother, 2 bathrooms between approx 4 rooms and shared kitchen. Room good size, clean, fresh and lovely bed. Would recommend. Location amazing for freedom trail and key sights. Good food/drinks options nearby.

The property is located a block away from Boston Common, if you are visiting, it is an amazing location. The room was clean and had the essentials. The only things I would like them to improve are the shared bathrooms, which were not very clean and need new faucets and toilet paper holders. But for the amount of time we spent in the room, it had everything that we needed.

Only one elevator if used for cleaning, then the elevator is out of commission. Also the carpets although they vacuumed were dirty my white socks did changed color. Other then that it's such a good location close to the commuter rail and lots of shops and restaurants.

Beds VERY comfy. All in all a great trip to Boston. Ways to improve the suites would be to have a sink in the rooms with shared bathrooms for brushing teeth. Otherwise a very good stay

The room itself was clean enough. However, the front door was shattered and taped together. Then as soon as you walk in there is the most awful smell. The hall, lobby and stairs look like the carpets have never been cleaned and smell like it to. It was a scary first impression but we got there at 1:00 am and didn't have anywhere else to go. They do have codes on every door and every level, which made me feel a bit better about the front door situation. We were told we would have the double bunk with the pull out twin. Our room did not have the twin so my kids and i had to squish together. They didn't have another room available to switch to. The bathrooms were ok but not great. The seat of the toilet in one kept sliding, and the shower handle kept falling off in the other. They could use a very deep clean. As far as location, that is why I am giving this 3 stars. The location is central to pretty much everything and made it super convenient to travel to the T or walk just about everywhere. The host is very communicative and kind. Very quick to respond.

We were very happy with our stay. Although a minor issue came up on our last night, the maintenance team responded quickly and fixed the problem right away. The hotel's location was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. Even though there was no front desk on site, they handled the issue promptly and efficiently. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

The property is on a busy street, it is very noisy. The hotel is a bit rundown. You do share a bathroom with multiple people and common area. The elevator is old. You will need a code to get in all the doors. I booked the property by mistake and didn’t realize it until it was too late. The one good thing about the property is its location you could walk to all of the sites.

We expected to really like this option of a budget, no-frills place in central Boston. If it had been clean and felt safer I would have rated it highly. It was not clean; someone else’s smelly clothes were still under the couch. It did not feel safe; you can see daylight through the door jams and the only locks are the handles with key codes. There was only one towel and one shower mat, without washcloths, in a room for 4 people. It was also not at all clear from the listing that the bathrooms are shared; this obviously changes the experience, impacts safety for young kids, and should have been very clearly listed.
