Very nice hotel, with gracious staff. Area is a bit sparse but the hotel offers transportation to offset.

We are really upset that the pool isn't in service. It's part of why we booked this hotel. If we would have known we would have booked another location. My 3 year old is very disappointed, as we booked this stay as part of his birthday weekend.

This is a great spot if you want to be close to BOS with an airport shuttle available. The room was awesome. Even came with a white noise machine, which was a huge plus for my wife and I. Staff were all great.

This is an airport hotel and I couldn’t park during our stay. The said we needed to book park and fly option, not an option on Expedia when booking. Phone didn’t work in the room. No bedding for the pullout couch. Front desk said they’d bring bedding, never did. They barely spoke English.

The sofa bed when opening up had crumbs under the mattress. When I went into the closet to get the sheet and blanket there was hair on the blanket. We were also excited about using the indoor pool, but it was not heated. So it was unbearable.

The room was great however our room was directly facing the main street and it was constant tractor trailer noise!!! Literally believe if you book through Expedia you get this room!!!

Free Logan shuttle was huge plus. Hotel Nee and very clean. Staff super friendly and accommodating. We went to our room and door would not lock when we went to leave. Door was definitely broken and they put us in another room upon our request instead of waiting for repairs. Always check! Nice breakfast with variety.

Impressed by the attention the staff paid us to be sure we were cared for. The crew worked as a team, including the friendly shuttle driver. Each room has a full kitchen with fullsize refrigerator and two-burner stove as well as a microwave, with more available at the front desk

Very prompt and friendly shuttle pickup and desk service. But with heavy luggage I was directed to wrong room, where key didn't work, so I had to trudge back to front desk for correction. Unfortunate after long transatlantic flight and missed connection.

Poor check-in experience; no internet in room
Front desk person was late coming to the front desk (from a back room) then ignored the fact that I was there first and proceeded to serve two other customers first z& took a call and served other customers before completing my check-in. Front desk person was noticeably rude and belligerent to me while being efficient and courteous to the other (Caucasian/White) customers even tho s/he was a person of color themselves. More importantly, Wifi not working in the room (same person said it had been malfunctioning since 3:00 pm). This is really unacceptable since I rely on WiFi for connectivity for work & everything else
