"The room and facilities were quite good. The food was quite good. Breakfast buffet good. The dinner food was nice. Evening dining service was awful on the two occasions that I used it. I was served on each night by staff that seemed unhappy to be serving food. Night one was almost acceptable service. Night two was dreadful. "Convenient location in the center of the city close to all train stations in Lodz. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room "Feel like a champion" on the 10th floor had the bicycle theme with interesting pictures from the 70's. (Returning customer)"
