"Everything was great! Clean and comfortable room and bed, super friendly staff, loved the slippers they provide as well!! The only catch is sound insulation was horrible. I could hear the kids shouting in the room across from me, people walking up and down the stairs, in the morning I was woken up by the sound of floor mopping and mop wringing……"

"Excellent location just opposite the train station and a short walk to the main square. Helpful and friendly staff. Got an upgraded room which was the biggest room we’ve ever stayed in! Only minor issue was the number of light switches in the room - over complicated. Otherwise a wonderful stay."

"Everything was perfect. The location is simply wonderful: right in the historic center of Ferrara. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. We were just disappointed to learn at check-in that the hotel had only four parking spaces and that they needed to be reserved in advance. We would have preferred to know this beforehand, as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However, they made us pay 7€ for 24hours of park on street parking places and they edited the parking ticket for us. Breakfast was good! Thank you so much for the stay!"
