"I’ve been travelling to Tobago for 35 years and this was by far the best accommodation I’ve ever experienced. Apart from the clean, modern facilities the staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Warm, friendly, accommodating, always helpful, maintaining eye contact. Job well done. Hotel has good location and parking. Food was great. Room was spacious and bathroom was done right, modern, roomy and everything just well placed. I’m 6 foot 6 so not hitting elbows everywhere is appreciated. "

"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

"Moments was by all accounts and shared by the group the best view on the island. The swimming pool was also very very lovely. I must say and I am an island girl so by no means I had any problems adapting. However the layout of this home is weird, the living room and kitchen sits downstairs and you have to walk about 15 steps upstairs to the bedroom and bathrooms. Now 3 things that is tough : 1. If anyone in your party is in a wheelchair or physically disabled this is not the place to stay 2. If you don't have an all wheel drive or 4×4 it will be very difficult to climb the hill. 3. There is no AC and it makes for a hot time day or night and if rains you are unable to walk to your bedroom or go to the kitchen as the steps are not covered. Overall my family enjoyed the outdoors . Mr. Nelson is a very very nice man "
