Nice place, great location.

There was a strong odor in the hallway of my floor. Smelled like stale, wet carpet otherwise beautiful property and will recommend to others. Beautiful room and the bathroom was amazing! Beautiful property honestly

We had a super fun three night mother daughter stay at the fairmont. The hotel was top notch! Everything from the room to the gym, pool, lounge, bar and most importantly the staff was amazing. We really appreciated the early check in and reception staff attending to all our needs. The valet and baggage attendants were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for the great stay😊

First impression wasn’t the greatest. No doorman, no one to open the door while you’re struggling to get all your suitcases inside. Hotel staff at check-in assured me no room was guaranteed after requesting a nicer room based off the price I paid vs what was advertised & what most were paying. She simply didn’t care, gave us 2 queens vs the king bed which I requested & didn’t go over any accommodations per the usual spiel most hotels give you at check-in. At over $1000 for 2 nights, was disappointed in the front desk staff’s lack of concern & not overly friendly. The room was clean, quiet yet very plain—didn’t warrant the price charged. No mini bar, couldn’t see out of the windows bc black tar flecks covered the entire window area (the view was probably not worth it anyway). Although it was in an excellent location, will not be staying here again.
